I bought my teal hair dye at an obscure salon supply store, and they said they bought THEIR dyes straight from Japan, so I have no idea how you can get them in manila. my purples and pinks however, are La riche directions (plum and cerise) and you can order them on ebay or on multiply. I bought mine from an ebay seller called punk-in-the-uk.
